Yea, the back has been a nuisance for way too long. There's probably some yoga/stretching/strengthening stuff I should be doing for it, but I'm not...
ReplyDeleteI won't be making it down to IC, although I really wanted to do it. Registration is just too much for me; I'm still trying to finance my trip to Oregon for 'Cross Nationals. Good luck this weekend though! I'm feeling a solid sub-5 hr time for ya.
4:39 and 6th place in SS. It was a great day to be out riding. Perfect weather, great trails and lots o fun!

Awesome finish! Wish I could have made it out this year. Unfortunately I will most likely miss DCCX and will definitely miss Tacchino thanks to school obligations. If I can scrounge up spare time and money for DCCX I would love to go, but a weekend off from racing may be good for me right now.
